Redeemable against all services excluding: Blowdries, Hairline Tint, Enhance Your Tone Gloss, Treatments and Children’s Haircuts. This discount is not to be used in conjunction with any other discount. Two products will be chosen for your hair-type by your stylist, subject to what is in stock. Products cannot be exchanged for money. If your appointment has been made through a third party booking website/application, our first visit discount will not be applied to you.
Re-booking Discount (10%)
When you rebook your next appointment in-salon, you receive 10% off your future appointments. This discount will be applied to colour services and cutting services. Not to be used in conjunction with any other discount.
NHS Discount (20%)
Applicable to services worth over £75, this discount is valid from Tuesdays - Thursdays between 10am and 4:30pm. Proof of working for the NHS needs to be shown on appointment. If your appointment has been made through a third party booking website/application this discount will not be applied to you.
Refer a Friend and Get 50% off your next haircut!
Not applicable to existing bookings. Not to be used in conjunction with any other discount. Only valid if you have been given a ‘Refer a Friend’ card after your first appointment with us. The recipient of this offer is to be a customer who hasn’t visited Sher Hair Studio before. Only valid within the time frame given on the card (both haircuts are to be redeemed within this time frame) Only valid for Ladies Custom Cut+Blowdry. Not interchangeable with any other service.
Deposits
To secure your appointment at Sher Hair Studio, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Your deposit is non-refundable, but it will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your service.
If you need to reschedule, deposits can be transferred to a new appointment when at least 48 hours’ notice is given.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will result in the deposit being forfeited.
If plenty of notice is given, you may move your appointment once without it affecting your deposit. However, if you need to reschedule again, a new deposit will be required to secure your booking.

Cancellations
Please give at least 48 hours notice for cancellations, if cancellations are made with less than 48 hours notice there will be a cancellation fee.
Colour Appointments.
All colour appointments must be booked with either a Blow-dry, or a Custom Cut and Blow-dry. No rough-drys.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for services provided. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your hair, we are happy to work with you to make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of your appointment, and we will do our best to address your concerns and make any necessary adjustments.
